3. Subscriptions and Payments

AI-Vira's offers various subscription plans. Your subscription:

• Begins when you complete the purchase process
• Continues for the selected term (monthly/annual)
• Automatically renews unless cancelled before renewal
• Is non-transferable between different users

3.2 Free Trial

We may offer free trials with these conditions:

• Limited to one trial per user/household
• Requires valid payment method for registration
• Automatically converts to paid subscription if not cancelled
• May be modified or discontinued at any time

3.3 Payment Terms

All fees are:

• Quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise stated
• Non-refundable except as required by law
• Subject to applicable taxes
• Billed in advance for the subscription period

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Use the software only on legally owned devices
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not interfere with the software's operation

5. Service Limitations

5.1 No Guarantee of Protection

While AI-Vira's uses advanced AI technology, we cannot guarantee:

• Complete protection against all threats
• Detection of every virus or malware
• Prevention of all system performance issues
• Compatibility with all software or hardware

5.2 System Requirements

The software requires:

• Windows 10 or later (64-bit)
• Minimum 4GB RAM (8GB recommended)
• 2GB available disk space
• Active internet connection for updates

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in AI-Vira's, including:

• Software code and algorithms
• AI models and training data
• User interface and design
• Documentation and materials
• Brand names and logos

are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms grant only a usage license, not ownership.

7. Third-Party Components

Our software may include third-party components subject to their own licenses. You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to AI-Vira's if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Use the software illegally
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Create security risks for other users

Upon termination, you must immediately:

• Stop using the software
• Uninstall AI-Vira's from all devices
• Delete all copies in your possession

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

AI-VIRAS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• CONTINUOUS OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI-VIRA'S AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS
• SECURITY BREACHES OR DATA LOSS
• SYSTEM FAILURES OR DOWNTIME

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI-Vira's, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your:

• Use of the Services
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of any rights
• Illegal or unauthorized activities

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tucson, Arizona.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
